Description Family Asteraceae Originating from Eastern and Central N. America A natural sport of Echinacea purpurea ‘Magnus’. Clump-forming, deciduous but erect perennial with green-tipped purplish-pink flat and open flowers in summer and dark red stems. Attractive to butterflies. The pink colouration on the petals darkens as the plant develops and the green tips become more pronounced.
