Description Witch bottles are apotropaic magical items typically used for protection or warding away bad luck. They are described in historical sources from Europe and the earliest surviving mention of one is from 17th century England. Our witch bottles are small glass bottles that act as powerful rechargeable batteries. Filled with charged and blessed herbs they were loaded, fixed, and dressed with whispered spells and prayers, anointed with oil, and sealed with wax on the Full Moon. They may be placed in windows, carried as amulets, used as altar pieces in your own ritual work, placed in your work space or buried beneath the home. They will remain potent and charge themselves as long as the seal remains unbroken. You can add your own energy or influence to it by anointing it during full moons. This can be done with your own fluids, Custom Blended Ritual Oil, or other personal concerns. Wax Seal Colour may differ then pictured bottles and be any combination of appropriate colours.
