Description Sustainably produced extra virgin olive oil directly from small farms in Kyparissia, Greece. It does not get fresher than this! Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil straight from the ongoing 2025 harvest, incredibly vibrant, green and alive. Ridiculously fresh, cold pressed within hours of picking. Expect a bright, grassy oil with a peppery bite and real punch of fresh cut grass. This early harvest agourelleo is picked while our koroneiki olives are still firm and green, producing exceptionally low acidity (under 0.3%). Last year’s polyphenol count was 540 mg/kg, and we are waiting on this year’s results.
